The ABE version of the VMAX VX4 is adapted for the German market and limited to 20 km/h so it can be legally used in Germany with ABE approval. Compared with the Fullpower version, it sacrifices top speed and part of its more performance-oriented character in order to prioritise legality, safety and intensive daily use within German regulations.
